We've been busy in the studio working on some exciting commissions and projects this year. Like London buses, they seem to come all at once so it's been all hands on deck. Several months after the first commission has been delivered (and a quick holiday in-between to rest up!) we're ready to share some images of a commission from the Science Museum.
The brief was to design a range of gifts to celebrate the return of Flying Scotsman, Britain's iconic steam locomotive. We created three exclusive souvenirs: a miniature model of the train, a detailed bookmark and a decorative hanging ornament.
Flying Scotsman rose to fame in 1928 after completing its first non-stop run from London to Edinburgh, the longest journey in the world at that time. In February this year with much fanfare, Flying Scotsman came back into service.
For any locomotive lovers, you can purchase this model exclusively from the National Railway Museum, nrm.org.uk
