You can return an online order from Another Studio within 30 days of ordering it. Provided it is in the original condition and in its original packaging, we will provide you with a full refund for the order (although the buyer is liable for all postal and packaging charges). By "original condition" we mean that the product is in a resell-able condition where the product packaging has not been opened and the item has not been used or marked.

We will ensure that you receive your refund within one week of receiving the order back from you. Before returning your order please send an email to info@another-studio.com quoting your order number your reason for the return/exchange. Your statutory rights are not affected.

Unfortunately, orders can get delayed in the postal system and take a little longer than usual to arrive. If you are wondering where your order is, please get in touch and we'll be happy to look into it and provide proof of postage and confirm what date it was dispatched. The number of days we need to wait before we can make a claim with the postal provider and reship your order is as follows:
