ORDER NOT ARRIVED?

Unfortunately orders can get delayed in the postal system and take a little longer than usual to arrive.
If you are wondering where your order is, please get in touch and we'll be happy to look into it and provide proof of postage and confirm what date it was dispatched.
The number of days we need to wait before we can make a claim with the postal provider and reship your order is as follows:

UK Royal Mail 1st Class
10 working days before we can claim your item as missing.

UK Special Delivery
5 working days before we can claim your item as missing.

Standard Airmail - Europe
European orders should arrive no later than 20 working days from postal date.

Standard Airmail - USA & Rest of World
Worldwide orders should arrive no later than 25 working days from postal date.

Tracked Airmail - Europe, USA & Rest of World
European orders should arrive no later than 10 working days from postal date.

RETURNS

We hope you will love your Another Studio products but if you are unsatisfied with any purchase we are happy to give a refund providing it is returned within 30 days it its original packaging and undamaged. Before returning your item please send an email us to let us know to expect it.

Once the item is received and checked, we will contact you to confirm the refund.
