Whilst we design everything in our London studio, most of our products are manufactured by specialist companies who have the best equipment and teams working with them. I love to visit the factories and see our designs get made so I can really understand the process and ensure we are designing items in an efficient way (plus, I'm super nosey so enjoy a good snoop around!)  

The first product I designed, PostCarden, was produced by Ethical Packaging in Wales and nine years on we're still working together - most recently on our Architectural River Map which required large format printing and a concertina style fold. What I really like about this company is they are don't just look for the big clients, as a family run business they are happy to work with small companies and have a really approachable 'can do' attitude. 

The images below show various stages of the production with many hands, people and machines involved. From finalising the artwork, it takes about four weeks, five factories and at least twenty people to produce a finished PostCarden or Matchcarden design.
